Cardiovascular Ultrasound Tech
Job Description Responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment in the application of non-ionizing, high frequency ultrasonic waves for diagnosis of disease. Consults patients' previous history with referring physician, finalizing the appropriate ultrasonic procedure that is required. Monitors patient condition, recognizes changes and/or motor abnormality complaints by the patient, and promptly reports to the physician. Performs minor repairs, frequent calibration checks, and adjusts ultrasound equipment when necessary. Principal Accountabilities:
