Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is seeking a Unit Manager to lead our 48-bed Neuro/Renal/Transplant Unit with 135 team members, including RNs, Clinical Supervisors, and support staff. This BEACON Award-winning unit cares for a diverse Neuro Renal Transplant pediatric patient population, including cardiac, epilepsy monitoring, nephrology and transplant care.The Manager will oversee patient care, staffing, and quality outcomes while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to support staff, resolve issues, and drive engagement through safety, quality, and committee initiatives.Requirements: BSN required (Master’s and national certification preferred), 5+ years of nursing with leadership experience (specialty or pediatric ba
