Unit Associate I, Full Time Days, MMC - Ambulatory Services
Front desk responsibilities with checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, scanning and answering front desk questions when patients arrive.  Makes appointments and appointment reminder phone calls as needed. Promote patient comfort and satisfaction. Contributes to a positive work environment as an active team member with a commitment to learning and skill development.Principal Accountabilities:1. Answer phone calls and patient inquiries2. Checks patients in and out. Verifies insurance and scans and uploads paperwork into Epic.4. Assisting nursing and medical personnel in delegated indirect patient care activities.5. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.HS Diploma or equivalent required Twelve months of heal
