Medical Instrument Technician (Diagnostic Ultrasound)
The Primary Purpose of the Position, Medical Instrument Technician (Diagnostic Ultrasound) is: The purpose of the work is to perform diagnostic ultrasound studies for the evaluation of various organ systems including the gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, genitourinary, vascular, lymphatic, endocrine, and musculoskeletal systems. These highly complex studies are performed independently. The incumbent must also evaluate images and record results for pathology, anatomy and quality of images. Basic Requirements: a. Citizenship.
