Clinical Dietitian II - Peritoneal Dialysis & Renal
Job Summary The Clinical Dietitian II provides high-level nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy to patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to maximize patients' nutritional status and improve clinical outcomes. Primary responsibilities include managing the daily schedule to maximize patient care, and providing evidenced-based and patient-centered nutrition care to patients. Other responsibilities include performing projects, presentations, and in-services both within the department and to members of the multidisciplinary team. In addition, training dietitian staff and dietetic interns, and serving as a resource to other dietitian staff. This position will cover the patients seen as a part of the peritoneal dialysis program
