CBOCs are located in Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg, Florence, Orangeburg, Sumter, and Rock Hill, and provide primary care, mental health, and telemedicine services. We are recruiting a board certified/board eligible Nephrologist. The individual will serve as a Staff Physician in the Nephrology Division, Medicine Service, in a full-time position. Major duties may include staffing of the chronic hemodialysis unit, rounding on the inpatient renal consult service and providing care in the outpatient renal clinics. Opportunities for research as well as teaching of students and residents in these settings are also available. Candidates with interventional experience, may have the opportunity to participate in the facility's Interventional Nephrology program. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 4 ten hour shifts 7:00 am - 5:30pm (flexible with the tour hours) and Call weekends. Subject to change based on agency needs.
