Medical Instrument Technician (Vascular)
The incumbent maintains a continuous workflow rate in an expeditious and effective manner to meet the daily outpatient and inpatient Vascular Ultrasound and Vascular Surgery work schedule. Ensures exams are scheduled in a manner as to optimize all the OR and US imaging time while maintain flexibility to allow for urgent cases. This requires the prioritization of scheduled patients as well as the ability to accommodate the very urgent patient who may need immediate emergency surgery, etc. Vascular Ultrasound Section: Performs Vascular Ultrasound Imaging to evaluate the body's circulatory system. Ultrasound images are captured in real-time for the purpose of monitoring the blood flow to organs and tissues throughout the body, as well as evaluate the placement and success of repair, such as
