Nursing Assistant
The Nursing Assistant (NA) will provide care to the residents/patients of the assigned unit (Community Living Center, Acute Psychiatric, Mental Health Residential Rehab Program, Medical) or other areas as needed. The NA will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The care needed will be determined by the service. The Nursing Assistant Care includes, but is not limited to: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, eating and mobility; Operates a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, wheelchairs, stretchers, vital sign machines, bladder scanners, lifts and oxygen; Assists with procedures using proper technique; Transports patients using safe technique; Compl
