The Department of Urology at the University of Minnesota is seeking a full-time board certified/board-eligible Uro-Oncologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank on an academic or master clinician track.
Our department has been at the forefront of urologic patient care, education, and teaching for more than eight decades. Building on our past, we continue to lead innovative efforts in several areas of urology, including cancer, stones, infertility, and pediatric care.
About the Appointment:
Primary duties will consist of supporting and advancing the academic mission of the Department of Urology and the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Position will involve teaching, clinical research, and patient care with emphasis on general Urology and Uro-Oncology, and certain administrative duties.
Board-certified/board-eligible in Urologic Surgery and completion of advanced fellowship training in Urologic Surgery with specialty in Uro-Oncology.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Ability to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of VISA category while in the United States.
