This position will work with data analysts, managers and engineers to: resolve ambiguity with data, play a crucial role in the iteration and optimization of software solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal analyst will possess excellent business acumen and communication skills with outstanding analytical skills.
Solve real-life business problem that requires processing/analyzing TBs of data and handling variety of data sources
Proactively investigate, report, and where possible, address data quality issues
Document business and reporting requirements, including business rules
Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings to provide updates on projects
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Experience working with a global team
3+ years as a business analyst in the healthcare space
Knowledge of Cerner EMR strongly preferred
2+ yearsï¿½ experience with tableau, Cognos or similar reporting tool
2+ years of experience in a data warehousing environment
Ability to think critically and work through challenges
Healthcare knowledge is preferred
