| JOB TITLE: Technical Analyst Team Lead LOCATION: Centerpoint Pittston or Columbia Mall Bloomsburg DEPARTMENT: IT Operations WORK SCHEDULE: Days WORK TYPE: Full Time (1.0 FTE) JOB SUMMARY: Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Geisinger Health System in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction. Responsible for the coordination of personnel and tasks related to project completion, including but not limited to analysis, testing, documentation, problem resolution and implementation of devices and supported applications. Works closely with team members to meet the Information Technology needs of assigned product lines, divisions and departments.
Responsible for the work of others. Provides direct supervision to assigned personnel including mentoring, retention, training, and general assistance as needed. Responsible for carrying out an annual performance evaluation of all team members. Receives general direction from Director or Program Director. Assists the Director or Program Director as needed in hiring, discipline and termination of team members. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Project management, software acquisition, vendor management, disparate system interfaces, software upgrades, systems support, mentoring, task organization, and team building. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; or technical diploma / technical certification in a field related to the position required. Minimum of nine years of full-time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required. Minimum of two years of experience in a lead, project management or supervisory role required.

In lieu of degree or certification, minimum of twelve years of full-time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required.
