Experienced Uro-Oncologist for Oakland: Our Department of Urology in Oakland is recruiting an experienced fellowship-trained Uro-Oncologist. This is a unique professional opportunity to join a team-oriented Northern California Kaiser Permanente (KP) tertiary care practice in partnership with leads Drs. Joe Presti (Uro-Oncologist), Andrea Harzstark (GU Medical Oncologist), and Won Kim (GU Medical Oncologist). This position includes highly complex subspecialty surgical and consultative care and regional cancer leadership for the Northern California Kaiser Permanente Region.

Several NIH funded urologic clinical research studies are underway with the Kaiser Division of Research. Cancer research opportunities are abundant, including clinical outcomes studies involving NCAL Kaiser databases, electronic medical records and 100+ Urology colleagues who support our regional prospective urologic cancer work. NCAL KP Oncology Clinical Trials participates in cooperative group and industry trials and enrolls approximately 500 patients per year, making it one of the largest programs in the USA.
